How long??

I'm on my third day of Clen , 1st day 60 mcg,2nd day, 80 mcg, today 120mcg, I feel some sides (ie hands shaking, heart beating faster), just wondering how long before I start seeing weight loss, I upped my cardio from 20 min 3 days a week to 45 min 5 days a week. Any info on others results would be great, just need some positive feed back to keep me going with it.
