I am going to start taking clen and just want to make sure I have my ducks in a row
Day 1 20mcg
Day 2 40mcg
Day 3 60mcg
Day 4-6 80mcg
Day 7-9 100mcg
Day 9-37? 120mcg
Day 38-42 Taper dose down by 20mcg per day
1. This is were I get confused, I am going to use the Benadryl method; so do I just stay at 120 mcg until day 36 when I will taper the dose down.
2. I plan on taking 2g of Taurine before and after workout, should that be enough?
3. Are there any other supporting supplements that are necessary while on clen?
