How well does CIA work??

I was wanting to try cia and was wondering about how it works. I don't have any problems yet cause i'm still on Cyp. but I want something that will help keep erections after ejaculation; really want to bore my wife out real good ya know. Will Cia prolong erections or is it just good for gaining one? Does anyone know if Viagra would be better for this? Thanks, KK.

i ordered both and took them at the same time. it stayed hard for a while. long enough for me to nut 3 times with the same erection. via would be better for just stayin hard.

Cia is Tadalafil citrate. It has shown to be effective when used to treat impotence (the inability to attain or maintain a penile erection.). It is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor that is similar to sildenafil and vardenafil .

Penile erection is caused by the engorgement of the penis with blood. This engorgement occurs when the blood vessels delivering blood to the penis increase in size and increase the delivery of blood to the penis. At the same time, the blood vessels carrying blood away from the penis decrease in size and decrease the removal of blood from the penis. Sexual stimulation that leads to the engorgement and erection causes the production and release of nitric oxide in the penis. Nitric oxide then activates the enzyme, guanylate cyclase to produce cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). The cGMP is primarily responsible for increasing and decreasing the size of the blood vessels carrying blood to and from the penis, respectively. Tadalafil citrate prevents an enzyme called phosphodiesterase-5 from destroying cGMP so that cGMP persists longer. The longer cGMP persists, the more prolonged the engorgement of the penis.

I tried the cia, i took 15mgs i think before i went to help a girl out, i didnt notice any change or anything, should I be dosing higher, but I heart that this dose was sufficient

100 mgs worked!! I don't know what the dosage is for Cia, but 15mgs sounds kinda low.

iv read on the forum that 15 mgs sorted a few guys out, and even gave them headaches after the next day, and i mean i know i took 15 atleast, and unless im working my shit at 100 percent already i should have seen a difference right

i took 20 mg and it work awesome.... i couldnt keep the thing down. 50mg sounds really high.

Make sure you shake the bottle reall well before you take it. i do 10 pumps and it will be ready to go for the weekend.

ok this is really confusing, because either i got a doggy bottle from lion and ar-r , or this thing is completely bollacks, iv tried it all, could someone post up how many pumps I should take, because maybe iv got that wrong, Lion could u maybe answer that aswell as it is ur product

Why dont you just take a syringe w/o needle and measure your ml that way.

If you have the V It took me 4 ml to finally get results (it's dosed at 25mg/ml), have used up to 6 ml in a 2 hr period. If you have Cia I would imagine you would get results by quadrupling it (4ml).

Specifically the liquid pump products (ie: Cia, Clen , Clomi, Liquid V, Liquidex)

I have some leftover that is about 2 yrs old, and wondering if it's any good?
