How to dose Arimidex(Liquidex) - Not Lion

I recently got some arimidex from a different distributor. The problem is I dont know how to administer it.

It comes in a glass vial with a metal top. I saw I was able to peel off a portion of it which revealed this plastic, similar to a bottle of test. It came with these plastic syringes but I dont see how I would be able to administer it with them.

How do I administer this? CouldI possible just use an intramuscular needle to penetrate the plastic, measure what I need and just squeeze it into my mouth orally?
