    lions clen

    Can anyone tell me how many mcgs are in one squirt of the lions clen bottle?

    Although it's always a good idea to use a oral syringe.

    Agreed. The oral syringe gives more precise measurements. Sometimes, the pumps do not work properly.

    i am having the same problem computing the dosage. the bottle states
    30 ml 200 mcg/ml ??? if i were to get a syringe i would take 20 mcg ?? per dose

    1/10 of a ml. is kinda hard to measure. Better to use a dropper with ml divisons on it. 1/4 - 1ml.

    use a 1ml insulin pin to measure. 10=10, 20=20...etc.

    so im really new to this and am preety stupid feeling right now but i wanna buy clen but i dont understand how much a should take and how often so can someone please help me out. im 260 lbs if you need to know

    I have also used the clen before. Helped to cut weight and I had little or no sides. I usually stay below 100mcgs, thats what worked best for me.
