    Help with # of pumps

    I just recently bought clen and t3 from lion, ive bought it before but a long time ago. so can someone help me with the pumps

    the clen is at 30mL 200mcg/mL how much is 1 pump?

    the T3 is also at 30mL 200mcg/mL how much is 1 pump?
