dosing schedual for Clen

Does anyone have a good dosing schedual for Lion's Clen ?

im new here and may not have earned the right to speak out loud like alot of these guys but i found a dosing schedule for clen already posted on here....do a search for Clen Handbook. Thats what i read to find out how to dose clen..........

I plan on doing 2 on 2 off cycle for 8 weeks... 4 weeks on 4 weeks off.
Increase the dose only when the side effects are tolerable.

Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg
Day6:100mcg
Day7:100mcg
Day8:100mcg
Day9:100mcg
Day10:100mcg
Day11:100mcg
Day12:100mcg
Day13: 80mcg (Tapering is not necessary, but it helps me get back to normal)
Day14: 60mcg

yea it does thanks... do you know anything about the dosing with the spray bottle, since im using lions liquid clen ?

I'm not positive but I thought you had to either take in for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, or run it straight through and take benadryl ( or comparable ) every night on the third week. Look for perfectbeast FAQ on it, lays it out pretty well.
