Guess it really depends on where you are and some luck maybe, who knows, my first order with ARR went quite smooth, took two weeks from order date to recieve and I'm in Canada, so, I think majority are pretty fast and correct, just some bad apples in the batch or something. I know how people can get frustrated and upset, but at the same time, due to the nature of the stuff, I can easily understand how there can be problems.

Had a problem once but lion sorted it out and made things right most of my shipments have been fast and accurate. Even if it takes extra time they will always get you what you ordered.

I ordered Aug 6th and received Aug 9th. Great service thus far and planning on future orders.... I must say though my boy ordered and got nothing. His story seems to be consistent with most neg post, never rec'd order cant get a response. If Lion reads this, it might be a good idea to respond to those who havent rec'd shipments if you havent already.
