Lions service

I see a lot of threads about people displeased with Lions service. Of course when something goes wrong people feel the need to speak out. But when something goes right, we usually don't, because we got what we wanted, and don't feel the need to do anything else. All these negative comments paint the picture that his service is subpar. So I encourage all of you who have received correct shipments on time to state so here. I'm sure we will see the satisfied customers surpass the dissatisfied ones.

So I will start it off.

I ordered Letro, Dutast, and Aromasin on June 29, I received it July 2nd.
I ordered L-Dex July 1, it arrived July 5.

90% of my orders were received very quickly (some amazingly quick) and the few times it was a bit slower he made everything right, and even followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Will definitely order from again.

I have ordered three times from Lion and I have received all of them within five days. And I Live in Singapore !!!!

I have ordered a few times from lion and like kale, i got them within a week, shipped to the uk. Never been a problem. If there was, im confident it would get sorted. Im with king6 on this one. Its only when there is a problem does somebody shout out loud for all to hear. Good job lion.

Guys, i really appreciate this thread.. AR-R alone is responsible for hundreds of orders daily. I feel very comfortable saying my success rate for on-time orders is above 98%. That is better than most e-bay freaks. I appreciate those who HAVE experienced delays lately (especially the international orders) to stick it out and be patient. I appreciate and value your business.

We aren't treating any customers any way. You order and we ship them that is all. THe service mail box has been down sence the server problems months ago. If you having a problem please send a pm with the info we will need to get it fixed for you. THe [email protected] box will be back up this week.

A friend ordered from him on July 4th, and has yet to get anything. There were several PM's sent and he was never given a clear answer. First Lion said he willl re-ship, then he said he refunded the money.

I had a problem with an order for the first time with Lion and we pm'd several times. I was getting very frustrated and made a post stating so. In my pm's with Lion I told him if he made good on my refund and what he claimed would happen that I would make another post letting everybody know that he took care of me and is definately a man of his word. In the end Lion kept his word on every promise he made to me and I started a post about how he kept his word and made good on everything. So if you are having a problem with him keep communicating with him through pm's and I'm sure he will take care of you. He seems like a guy that is definately concerned with his customers happiness with his service. I will definately still do business with him.
