    I have set it to reship

    Ive been waiting since 15 april for my order 19624 .thats a long time to sort an order out.I know you had problems but it sounds like people are getting there orders,but still nothing for me.Should I forget about my order and just write off my 180$?

    send an email to sales for a refund. We have mailed it over and over at our expense. We have lost money ev ery time we have shipped it. Include the name on the card the last 4 digits the order number and the exp date. Sorry guys. w ehave done our best and customes is not letting them through. It may be the address is flagged now. Be careful and use a different address for other things in the future.
