I was wondering, is it ok to inject Melanotan II intramuscular?

As far as I know M2 should be taken Sub-Q.

for MTII, i have always heard sub-q, never IM.

sub-q is such a quick & painless inject, why would you want to shoot IM?

you can if you have to for whatever reason...i think i have done it once. Do i recommend it? No
