1. What state are you from ?
2. did it pass through the customs ?
3. how did u get it ? by a notice letter saying u need to pick mail up from post office ?
4. how long did it take it to arrive, approx.

1. From the UK
2. It would have done had it been sent
3. It would have been delivered to my door.
4. It never arrived. I ordered in june.

I know you asked for feedback from international customers, but it looks like you're from the US and 'Lion' is based in the US. You might get a better service.
