    Mine has been processing since 30th Sept...I don't even get any response to my mails.

    All previous have been super fast I don't know what has happened.

    Update-- Received PM from Lion to e-mail customer service. E-mailed, no response yet. I'm really sad because I've always ranted and raved about how good ARR's service is. I've even promoted them on another board or two.

    don`t order from ar-r unless you have months to wait for your stuff..... I paid for priority shipping and my order is still processing since dec 1st. No responses to e-mails, you are basically left hanging out to dry.

    they've always worked really well in the past, just shorted me one item, somewhat pricey item at that's why I'm mad!
