    How would you dose the b-12 from lion? Shots every day ? Thanks

    never used lions b12 but if it's like any other then take 1000 mcgs ed

    1000 mcg is the ticket.... Im on juice too but this stuff is fantastic. My energy in the day is phenom!

    Yeah wouldnt mind knowing this aswell, i mean i got the B-12 complex pill but is the liquid better and do u have to inject or can it be taken orally and best time to take?
