    Clen for a lady

    What is the size amount for a lady to take CLEN , it is from lion so it is pill form.

    I know they need to take less then men, so what would 40mg be for liquid ml?

    I dont know how to break that down for u but my girl is doing 80mcg a day and is having great results. She also is on a good diet and training routine so u have to put that into play as well.

    the dose is a little subjective. Just start with a low 20mcgs dose and work your way up. I would say not to go above 60mcgs.
