    Order problem: 5/28/08

    Hey Lion, I placed an order on 5/28/08 and never received a confirmation email so I placed the order again and added a few more things to the list. Now the bad part, I never received a confirmation email on the 2nd order either. The charges for both orders were already taken from my cc though.

    I have tried contacting by the email you posted to another member on here at [email protected] too.

    I am in the U.S.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Sounds like Lion needs to hire some help. Too many ppl are having issues.

    OK, little advice from you guys... Should I just dispute these orders with my cc company or wait a see if he comes though?

    i just dsputed my order,, very easy getting my money back in 20 days if he doesnt get back to the credit card company...SCREW LION!

    where are u located willieboy36? cause im in cali and ive recently ordered 3 seperate orders and have always got them in 3-4 days max....

    Just wanted to give an update. I did receive the first order. Thank you, Lion. Not sure if the other order is coming, or if it was canceled, since I haven't talked to anyone.

    That wasn't too bad of a turn around time. I know how worrisome it gets though especially when the communication is lacking.

    And Lion has just contacted me by email about refunding the second order. I'm glad it worked out this way. Will be ordering again soon.
