Clen not working....?
ok so ive posted a bunch about Clen to help people out and read allot about Clean as well ....a lot !
ok so i didn't see dramatic results with Clen , i eat chicken, salad, eggs, cheese, coffee, crystal light mixed with water, low carb snack bars and really that's all i ate every day for the past 2.5 weeks on a religious basis.
its my first cycle, when do guys see results and how much do you loose, females jump in to.

Everyone is different. I see results in a matter of days. Most my friends don't see it for a few weeks.

I think your diet needs a little work. Diet is the core of seeing the results you want, without that in check...its pretty much a waste.
I'm on a cycle of clen and var right now, and I thought I was eating okay, then I posted my diet and learned a lot more. Diet critique please!
That may help. Post your diet in the diet form and people will help out. Also workout if you think you may need help with that too.

Actually looking at ur "diet"....well it suck balls.. Clean it up and you will see results!

i bought the Clen from Lion at arr.com everyone here says it works fine.

as for my diet im on a low carb diet , since im not going for muscle growth right now i didn't see a reason to change it, i consume 3 grams of sugar a day and 20 grams of carbs. and this way alone i loose weight, so i thought why not a little help from clen to speed things up . but did see a difference if i was on or off it.
at first i was like wow its working but i know the diet im on and i know what it can do and when, so it looked like the diet without the clen would have worked.
i guess everyone is different and im open to a change of diet but if its less then what i eat in a day i might pass out

im only on the clen to drop my BF% then im on gear after that , i thought i was ready for gear at first then read allot from people on here to slow down a bit and start working on things so im open to any suggestion on clen loss.

weight 230
low carb diet lost 100+ pounds been on it for 5 years now ( but lost the initial weight in one year )
at the gym 3x a week just doing cardio and working my abs for now until gear
diet is chicken, salad 2 TBs of ranch, coffee with splenda, crystal light, water, low card bars with 2 grams of sugar, daily carb intake is 10-20-30 grams of carbs a day.
