best pin size and gauge

I've lost the pins had and can't remember what size they were. what is the best size and gauge if I want to inject where ever i want. Thanks

23 Gauge 1.5" for glutes, 25 Gauge 1" for every where else.

i use 23 or 25g.. 1" or 1 1/2"
use the 1" for everything but glutes.

That should be ok if you sink it as long as your bf isnt too high.

There are calipers you can buy to get an estimate.

i agree here. I actually still use 25 gauge 1.5" for glutes though. and 1" for everywhere else.

should be. how big are you? I'm 170lbs and 6% bf and i can use a 1" on my glutes without problems. if you have a fat butt i would try to get 1.5"

Binder, how tall are you bro? I assume those are your legs . . . at 170# and 6% I'm guessing you are shorter?

ill get 1.5" just incase dont know my body fat till i get that tool im getting down everyday though well trying im 5.10 tall and 172 ibs

I was using 1 1/2" 21 gauge for glutes. That oil went in real smooooth.

ya, i'm actualy 5'9" but i have really short legs. my legs are 29" inseam so tiny legs for my size, but they are getting wider. In that picture they were about 22 and now they are 24 and change. i squat my ass off and increase my weight every week on legs.

so far 24" legs and 28" waist is nice, but i want my legs the size of my waist.
