    Lions Customer Service?

    Does Lion even bother to answer/read the threads posted in his forum?
    Everytime I have asked him a question...I have never gotten a response.
    I want to buy from ar-r just to support the site...but if he doesnt care about the customers I think I will buy elsewhere.
    Why does he have his own forum if nothing ever gets replied to?

    I asked some very simple questions, and never got any responses....makes me wonder how he will treat me if I actually give him some money....

    I was specifically told they are working on fixing the customer service and shipping methods. There are some here who will say "your not buying from Walmart", but they are idiots. If lion offers a 2-3 day usps shipping, this implies you will get your order in 2-3 days, period. I have ordered from other research sites before, and they ship same day, and provide a tracking number. I am told, this is what lion is shooting for. If he is able to provide this type of service, then I will be a client again for a long time.
