I never used HGH or any type of injections before and I have a whole lot of questions about how to use it.

I just started using Genotropin (HGH) 0.4mg. (MiniQuick shots). I’m in my second week using this brand (very expensive!). I just received much cheaper HGH from a source (it comes in vials with a blue cap).

The problem is I have no idea how to use it. It’s just powder in a vial (not like the miniquicks in which you don't have to do anything accept inject it).

I’m looking for exact instructions how to prepare the powdered Blue Cap stuff so I can inject it. I need to know what type of needles I should use, and step-by-step instructions. What is the normal starting dose?

I want to start using steroids , but don’t know anything about them. I’m reading about it on this site, but it’s a lot of information to absorb.

Can you point me to a good starting point?

You need to buy Bacteriostatic water and use insulin pins. use 1cc of water per bottle of Genotropin powder. it will absorb the powder and become liquid, then you pretty much use the insulin pins to inject, use about 3.25iu so basiclty each 10iu bottle will last 3 shots. then store the remainin in the fridge to keep it cool and fresh.
