    Help with cramping on clen

    Sorry didn't know where to post this.. I cant take my clen because the cramps are everywhere in my body... I read that i should take tanguren(sp).. I went to every place in my town and they have never even heard of it... Is there anything else i could take besides that?

    What you are referring to is L-Taurine, which ar also has. Here's a great thread that may answer any clen questions that you may have:

    Yeah, you need L-Taurine.

    I'd say order some online, and when it arives start using the clen again.
