just ordered lion's clen

Hi all,

I have just ordered a bottle of clen from AR-R . I will start at 20mcg and increase by 20 each day. I will let you know how it goes.

I have one question though, I have read mixed opinions on spreading clen dose throughout the day. I'm planning to take my full clen dose on the morning 7:00AM along with whey protein and xtend. I usually workout at 4PM (sometimes at 2PM). Will clen interfere with my workout ? Some days I'll be doing HIIT and some days I will lift weights.

no the clen will not interfere with your workout.

the clen from lion is bunk. it's mad underdosed. a lot of people complain about it..

im on it right now and its working great. i wasnt very impressed with his igf at all but the clen is definatly more potent then the 2 other research companies i used

are u using alot tho? there are TONS of ppl saying it doesnt work very well at all :s

I hope it works well for me, still haven't gotten my usps tracking number though.
I will be taking taurine and potassium supplements with my clen . This should take care of the shaky hands side effect ,right ? what other side effects should I be looking for to make sure that Clen is working for me?

Potassium and taurine never did anything for my shaky hands on clen . ONly alleviated some of the cramping. E-mail Lion about your USPS tracking. He rarely provided it to me, but Lion has always delivered.

^^ Agreed. If the shaking gets too bad for me, I'll drop the dose down. Taurine helps out with my cramps while on it. Lion's clen is better than other's I've used.

So I received my package on time and I started out yesterday with 40mcg (0.2ml) dose but didn't experience any side effects. I increased my dose to 60mcg (0.3ml) today, I can feel a noticeable increase in my heart beats rate, though no shakes or cramps. Tomorrow I will increase to 80mcg which I believe is the dose where side effects should start to show clearly (?). So far looks like its correctly dosed but I'm not sure, I should be able to confirm that tomorrow.

Still not experiencing the common side effects on 80mcg, but I've noticed a significant increase in my appetite and I'm having mild headaches.

Just wanted to update you. I have ran lion's clen for a week so far. I reached 140mcg today. The results are AMAZING so far. I can already see noticeable decrease in my waist fat!

Glad to hear also. Heard a lot of good things about ARR. So I ordered some Clen , now I'm reading a bunch of bad things about it....

Hope was just a weak batch or two. With the quantity you get, I dont even care if its a "little" underdosed, but it better be legit..!

I ordered Lion's clen before and it was ok. Not great but ok. I was going to order some more until after reading all the negative stuff here on the boards so I went with a different company this time. Hopefully the clen gets back on track. Just as recently as yesterday I heard something negative about Lion's clen not working.

Have done Lions clen before and have a couple of comments. The "pumP" method is not as accurate as I would like so I used a baby dropper to measure exact. I'm going back two or three years now, but the batch I had was def. real. I made a mistake intitially with dose and almost killed myself (felt like it anyway) T3/clen were both lions and liquid.

so you feel the dropper is the way to go instead of the weak ass pumps that come with the stuff...

Havent used it yet, so maybe I shouldnt respond... BUT, my plan is to def use an oral syringe for (somewhat) accurate dosing.
