Need advice on First time with Femara from Ar-R.com

I was wondering if Anyone nice could help me set up an Femara/Letro routine?

Ive investigated the matter myself and I think that 0.25 Mg/day for a couple of weeks seems to be without greater side effects.

But I would like to have an member with more experience give me guidelines if possible.

By the way,how should one counter the "Rebound effect" for maximum effect? Ease off the Femara very slowly,decreasing the dosage over time.
Or is there any other option you would recommend.

I have an Small Calorie defiency about -300 combined with weight training. The plan is to use this to get rid of some annoying "stubborn" weight.

With Femara I thought it would aid me to give the following results:
Lower BF + Lower WW.

I also wanted to note that I am Novice,so if anyone want to give me a comment like "Do not use Femara because...." I would accept it.

Femara seems to be the strongest there is when it comes to AI?

Perhaps Arimidex (Which is not so extremly powerful) would be a smart choice?
