Clen/T3 with benadryl not working!

I just started a clen /t3 cycle 2 weeks ago. The first week I lost 4 lbs, then last week I actually gained weight and I'm now 1lb higher then when I started. I am taking 100mcg Clen and 100 mcg t3 every day and taurine and benadryl every night. I'm female 5'7" and 143 lbs. I feel all the side effects, what could I be doing wrong? Please help anyone!

the t3 works and i have the test results to prove it its no miracle cure for fat , its a extreme aid but you still gotta put in the long yards to get the good results , train hard eat right thats the key

you're not supposed to take the benadryl every night... 2 weeks without it, 1 week with it, repeat.

theres been much debate about the usefullness of benedryl to cleans the receptors and alot of peeps think it is bunk and dont work. try taking a few weeks of of it to clean the receptors or try ketofen(spelling?)
