    Clen / T3 Strength loss???

    Ok guys, I'll start off by saying Lions Clen and T3 work! I've lost 12lbs in 2 weeks... But with that weight loss went my strength, I mean I feel like a little bit$h in the gym right now...
    Stats are:
    age 30
    weight was 220 now 208... not sure percentage but im pretty lean now
    was benching 315 at 5 reps... now I struggle to get one rep

    All areas of my routine have suffered major strength loss....

    My question is? Is this normal?? Im thinking its because the Clen is sucking all the water out of my muscles, but I drink plenty... piss every 30 min is seems like... Has any one else came accross this issue??

    are you running anything else with the clen /T3?

    what doses are you running?

    i second that ^^^^

    If your running with test you should maintain the weight your lifting atleast.

    No AAS, figured I could use it 3 weeks get the results I wanted without muscle loss... which by looking in the mirror, ive cut up but no loss of muscle. But here is what im taking.
    Clen - 140 mcg
    T3 - 100 mcg
    Taurine - 4 to 6 grams a day
    Atro Phex
    Animal pak vitamins
    Lean FX
    Syntha 6
    ***** 3/6/9
    Just started supplementing Creadex to help with strength loss

    do you take your taurine in one consumption, or 2-3 throughout the day?

    Taurine just puts you to sleep! not good before a workout!

    I take 2 grams in the morning, 2 at lunch, and 2 after workout. I dont know brother, Taurine has never made me tired let alone put me to sleep.

    only take 2 grams after workout if I have any cramping...

    T3 is notorious for burning off your hard earned muscle, always best to run aas when using t3. T3 on cycle, clen during pct.

    i think your result led to clen only

    t3 at this dose should burn muscle without aas

    and you say no muscle loss!!!!!!!!

    t3 from lion not working its crap i try it now and it is crap
