Please help letro stane stack

hey im trying to get rid of my existing pubertal gyno.
ive tried 20-40mg of tamox for 6 weeks and it reduced in size and isnt tender anymore but it wont seem to go away. i just discontinued the tamox 2 weeks ago.
Now i was wondering if i tapered letro up to 2.5 mg and waited until my gyno went away completely. and then start exemestane as soon as im tapering down the letro. will this be an efficient stack to get rid of the gyno

and what is the best way to store these products from ar-r
and do i need to buy an oral syringe or anything else with my purchase
