AR-R clen dosage question

Aight guys this might be stupid but 2 of us here cant figure this out. AR-R 's clen 30ml at 200mcg/ml The dropper they gave him goes up to 3ml. I know u should start around 60 mcg. Were do i draw it to. Before i had a dropper that if u filled it all the way up it was 100mcg. and i just highly doubt the dropper he has now is 3x longer than the one i had. Sorry might be confusing just need help thanks.

.5ml will give you 100mcg , .25ml will give you 50mcg

Here's a good way to put it:

I asked the same question a while back without an answer. I did a little math myself and hope this is right.

200mcg divided into 1ml = 0.005
If you need to take:
60mcg x 0.005 = 0.3ml
80mcg x 0.005 = 0.4ml
100mcg x 0.005 = 0.5ml
120mcg x 0.005= 0.6ml
etc...etc...etc...

I hope that helps...and I hope that's right...its the dosing I'm doing right now on Lion's Clen.

nice info. the clen i took b4 just must not of had a high potency like lions. bc i would take like a whole dropper and that would be 100mcg. But oh well.. thanks for the help

Other companies clen isn't dosed as high as rui's. So 1ml doesn't mean you got 100mcg of clen if you got it from somewhere else.

RUI's clen works well

each dash mark is 20mcgs. I would start will less that 60, try 40 first day.

I get worst sides first day or two then I am able ramp up 20mcg a day until 160-200 before I get BP sides & headache.
