    ok guys is it ok for me to do 2 weeks of clen then 2 week of ecayou know cycle them?

    No it's not ... The reason for cycling clen is giving a break to the receptors but eca stimulates them as well so no point Better to use benadryl

    In mi case though I like to just get off for the two weeks and be on 50 mg caffeine pills

    Eca hits the beta 2 receptors and so does clen , so by using them both will hinder results, the idea of resting inbetween clen cycles is to rest the receptors so by using the ECA you wont up regulate the beta 2 receptors. Saying this I have used it that way and many other ways and the one what gave me great results was 2 wks on 2 wks off protocol

    Who knows what will be better for you until you try them, from my experience ive always found clen to be better for cutting, ECA effects my apptiite to much and even when dieting food is very important,

    If you are willing to add Keto to your regiment, you can do what you propose without any problems. (1mg Keto at night will put you out and restore the beta 2 receptors) However, it can be really tough to wake up in the morning until your Clen or ECA kicks in. But, running with Keto makes the downtime unnecessary.
