Just a little confused.. Help please.

OK, so looking to start my PCT..
Day 1-30- .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva..

However when i looked up the conversion chart for AR-R and it talks about pumps??? I have a oral syringe, and the bottles are as follows:

Tamox 20mg/mL
Liquid Clomi 35mg/mL
L-Dex: 1mg/mL

COULD SOMEONE PLEASE BREAK THIS DOWN FOR ME, SO I WILL NOT MAKE ANY MISTAKES ON MY PCT.. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP, AND SORRY IF THIS IS A SIMPLE QUESTION.. I AM JUST A LITTLE CONFUSED...

I wouldn't use adex in your pct.

Dosing is easy once you get the hang of it: so if your nolva is 20mg/ml that mean that
1ml=20mg. So if you want 40mg of nolva, you'll need to take 2ml. Get it?
