    Clen info?!

    An american lookin for some clen .. legitttttttt clen... im a noooob so can anybody educate me as to the potential side effects and whether I need to use any sort of PCT... and how do i use it in the most lamens terms possible... any help would be greatly appreciated!

    For legit clen click on the blue letters or the banner in the right hand corner that says ar-r .

    There's a lot of stuff on here about clen just do as search and read up.

    Excessive usage can cause muscle tremor, headache, dizziness and gastric irritation. Persons self-administering the drug for weight loss or to improve athletic performance have experienced nausea, vomiting, diaphoresis, palpitations, tachycardia and myocardial infarction.

    No pct is required.

    If you want to know how to use it there's quite a few threads out there with clen dosages.

    if your looking for cutting chems arr has a bunch, if your new to it I suggest only use one at a time to see how your body reacts. I would go with clen or t3 imo. Both are great for cutting.

    i wouldnt recomend T3, it messes with your thyroid and also causes muscle loss along with the fat. If your going to take clen i would get it from ar-r , they are very reliable.

    Dose your clen starting at 20mcg this is 1/10 of a ml, dont use too much cause your heart will race like a mofo and your hands will shake like crazy. There can also be more serious problems if you OD. Start at 20mcg and if you handle that well then go up to 40mcg the next day. If this is your first time using you proll will stay at 20mcg for the first 2 days. Keep upping the dose by 20mcg as the days go on. once you can tolerate the effects at 40mcg then go to 60mcg etc etc.

    I have never passed 200mcg dossages even though i probably could have. Most people only go up to 120mcg, but i guess i have a higher tolerance. As for sides.. the only sides i ever got were increased heart rate, shakey hands, and loss of body fat. Do it the right way and you'll be fine.

    I would run it for 2 weeks on, take 2 weeks off n then do 2 weeks on again. After that stay off the clenn for about a month and a half to 2 months.

    here is an example of what you miht do:

    1. 20mcg
    2. 20
    3. 40
    4. 40
    5. 60
    6. 60
    7. 80
    8. 80
    9. 100
    10. 100
    11. 100
    12. 120
    13. 120
    14. 120 ( or 140 )

    This is just an example, some people can tolerate the effects better than others. My cycle went like this:

    20, 40, 60, 60, 80, 100, 100, 120, 140, 160, 160, 180, 200, 200
    (or something very close to that) but i wouldnt recomend for first time using.

    Also it isnt a steroid so not pct is required. Some people like to tae taurine (also sold at ar-r) to sotp muscle cramps, but i never got cramps so i never took it. Drink alot of water with it also.

    thats a very good clen cycle, go with that and you should definitely lose some weight. With clen, it hits people differently, I usually never go above 100 mcgs per day, but it works great. Good luck.
