Clen - 2 weeks OFF

I hate to re-post a question that has already been asked, but I couldn't find this one...pardon me if I missed it somewhere...

I ordered Clen from AR-R and today will be the end of my first 2 weeks of taking it. I have read on this forum that the recommended cycle for Clen is 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, and 2 weeks on again.

So during these next 2 weeks (while not taking Clen) can I take some other thermogenic weight loss pills (ie, Xenadrine or something similar) or do I need to stay completely clean for these 2 weeks?

I'd stay completely off just to get your receptors back up. You could take some caffeine but I'd stay away from ephedrine. You can get some ketotifen to up regulate the receptors. Then you can stay on clen for 6-8 weeks straight.

Thanks for the response. I read the ketotifen link in your post and that page said that actually benadryl works for this too. Do you know what kind of dosage to take for this?

I was told Benadryl at 50 mgs (2 tabs) during the whole third week. What I'm not sure of is it counterproductive to use Benadryl the whole time your on Clen . Lets say you have a show in 12 weeks, can you just take the Benadryl everynight and for 12 weeks while running clen? I like the Benadryl for my alergies so it's not an issue.

Benadryl has not ever proven to work for up regulating the receptors. Keto is the only thing that has been proven to do so.

1ml preferably every night before bed as it will make u drowsy like benadryl...

Is Ketotifin taken every night of a clen 12 week cycle after the first two weeks? Or is it just the whole 3rd week and then the whole 6th week etc etc?
