Leaky bottle?

hey guys,
Just wondering, has anyone ever received an order from ar-r in which the bottle leaked or was broken? If so, was it taken care of? I just received my order of Clen /T3 and come to find a soggy package and a clen bottle only about a third of the way full.
I've never had any problems with ar-r in the past but just wondering if anyones come across the same problem?
I emailed ar-r and am waiting for a reply

never hapened to me. email them and demand a refund or a new one for free

yea i did, but i asked nicely haha just waiting for a reply. Like i said i've never had any problems in the past so i don't mind if i have to pay for shipping or anything like that. i just hope i don't have to order another bottle and pay in full =\
