    Do's and don'ts

    I was just curious about what are some good legal supplements to take that actually do something for you when working out. Should you switch up protiens like whey and regular, what works and actually helps compared to just being a waste of money, vitamins included. This is for a thirty year old that's looking for more cut then size. thanks for any info

    I been taking gakic from muscle tech and I really like it. This supplement actually does something while you work out.
