If Ar-r can just put not for human consumption on there products to make it legal why cant they just do this with steroids ? Just somthin i was thinkin about.

The reason is because the stuff AR-R sells aren't controlled substances like steroids are. A lot of black market steroids are Vet grade to be used in animals but they are still very illegal to have with out a script. Most script drugs can be labeled that way and purchased legally but not anything that is scheduled.
