anyone know anything about their b12? is it good stuff or wuts? if it is what size pin u guys recommend for it 23? 1.5 ? i never here anyone talk badly about ar-r so im figuring their b12 would be good stuff. help me please and spank you

Ar-r 's b12 is good to go. Very smooth.

25g x 1" or 1.5" is good.

how much should be taken per week / month or whatever the best dosing is ? my pregnant girl is also going to take it she needs the energy plus her doctor said it was cool. ive found tons of cheap shit online for like 1/2 the price BUT since this goes inside ur body and being sterile and good quality is a concern an $40 isnt crap. so.

seems like 1000 mcg per month is about the normal? seems like a low dose. i have had people tell me there is no difference between oral b12 and injectable ... these people are severly damaged. ive done both and the injectable b12 is far superior. appreciate the help. oh snapple! all i have got on hand is 23g x 1.5!!!

I've done 1000mcg/day but that isn't necessary. So it's up to you. Damn near impossible to overdose on b12.

I'm thinking about getting their b-12. Nice to add that to my supplements. Plus, I'm very impressed with ar-r 's first shipment that I got that I'm going to place another order again soon. VERY fast shipment.
