Received everything all clear and dropped off at my door with no extra fees..

I made my order 5 days ago and I got a conformation email saying my order was placed, but it said I would receive another email when my package is shipped off. it has been 5 days and still no email, I would expect my package at the end of his week cuz I'm incanada but I haven't be sent the shipped email. How long till it gets shipped?
