    B 12

    I have decided to try vit b12 from arr for increased appatite, what is the volume of the arr product for $40 it says 1000mcg/ml but does not say how many ml

    yea if u look on the bottle in the pic it says 30ml

    It's 30ml. I did 1000mcg/day and was real pleased with the results.

    ar-r 's b12 is 30ml so 1000mcg/eod will last you 60 days.
