    T3/clen/keto on bodyopus diet. New to t3 how much?

    Sup fellas. My first time on t3. How much? I'm also on 300mg test cypionate and 300mg of deca to help stop muscle loss while on a lower calorie CKD diet / bodyopus. How much T3 should I take? This is my first time messing with the thyroid. Any help is much appreciated.

    are you using clen and t3 or just t3?

    Both. I want to start with smallest dosages of each. So far I'm loosing around 1lb of weight a week which I feel is good for me. I'm not doing contest so I have lots of time. I'm hoping with small dosages that it targets the fat cells rather than muscle cells.

    I'm also taking minerals that dan d recommends in his book. Yohimbine, chromium, vandal sulfate and aspirin

    T3: start at 25mcg and ramp up to 75-100mcg/day.

    When does one usually start ramping? After the 3rd day? After a week? And how long can i stay on t3 for before seeing sides?

    It all depends on what you want to do. I ramp up every day but I've seen others who go a few days at a certain dosage.

    I've ran t3 for a whole summer once. I didn't taper off and I am fine. The thyroid is very resilient.

    I like to ramp up quickly to 100mcg/day. Start at 25mcg and go up 25mcg ed until I reach 100mcg.

    The t3 works great, I also like to keep it at 100 mcgs per day, good luck.
