    Newbie/intro

    Hi all,

    Just a quick intro, I'm male, 30yrs and from Australia, don't no a great deal about bodybuilding, and no nothing about steroids . i have thought about jumping on the juice, but i would like to learn a little about it first ... also thought about competing which i also no nothing about and not sure if i have the right physique so i will post before and after pics next and maybe get your thoughts ... Anyways looking forward to learning a little
