how would you recomend i actually take the liquid? as in how to measure it and take it in?

It should give you the mg/ml on a label or dropper. The taste usually isn't good (from my source) so if you can't tolerate it just shoot it down the back of your throat then get a chaser like OJ or something.

They give you a measuring syringe. Ar-r tamox is dosed at 20mg/ml so 1ml = 20mg of tamox.
