Hey guys. I just bought some Clen from AR-R .

I'm wondering how it comes from AR-R I understand the pyramid dosing, but is AR-R oral or injectable? Does it come with a dropper or anything?

Also, do I need to take Taurine with Clen?

Pretty sure its oral, just watch how much you take.

it is an oral, it also comes with an oral dropler. if your unsure how to measure it with the dropler, just search the topic and there will be a dozen posts on it.

Take a hydration eg. potassium/magnesium formula sometime during the day along with 5g of Taurine with your WO.

the taurine will help, but so will supplementing keto, are you using keto with your clen ??
