    hey AR-R I placed an order 7 days ago with you guys and believe that my order has been shipped to the wrong address. i've been tracking it with the tracking number that was provided, however it was in the town it was supposed to be shipped to and shipped to a different town 3 or so hours away. i've ordered from you guys several times before and everything has been great! can you please help me out?

    i just registered with this forum so i don't believe i am able to pm yet.

    i did, its was some automated thing.

    it said: Your order has been shipped. Your tracking number is..........., which you can use at www.usps.com to check the status of your package. If there is no record of your tracking, please wait for USPS to update their system. Thanks for your business, and have a great day.

    it has shipped and i have been tracking it, but it wasn't shipped to the correct location specified. i emailed again and am waiting to hear back.
