AR-R order shipped to wrong address?

i have emailed ar-r 's customer service twice and have been told to give it 5-7 business days to receive my order, today has been the 5th. however im not sure i understand why my package was in my town 4 days ago which is where they were specified to be delivered, but then were shipped about 6 or so hours away from here and have been in this same location for the past three days? i talked to ar-r on this forum earlier today but this specific question was still not answered and with previous orders, when tracked, never did this. i have delt with you guys in the past and everything has been good and very quick, however this seems unordinary. sry to be a p.i.t.a. but im in need of my chems asap! could my order's specified shipping address have possibly been mixed up with someone else's?

i just bitched out usps and they said they would file a repot. they have finally updated the status of the tracking it says it should come sometime today.
