    Post liquid albut log

    Hey peeps,

    Thought I write up a log on using liquid albut from arr.

    My stats.

    Height: 5'6
    Weight: 86.0kg
    BF% : approx 15%

    Day 1: Monday

    Took 1ml approx 30mins prior to my carido workout, which was 40min on the cross trainer.

    Once carido was done, than did 4 exercises on chest and 5min circut doing core.

    End weight after the workout: 85.4kg.

    The slight drop would be due to the excessive sweating that i had. No shakes and body temp appeared to be 'normal' till i did the cross trainer, then things got warmer.

    Heart rate also increased, but i forgot to do before and after rate.

    Later that night, had a football game that went for approx 40mins, in which i played about 30mins of.

    Diet was in tack about 75% of energy come from protein.

    Day 2: Tuesday

    Took 1ml 30mins prior to workout
    Start weight was 84.4kg.

    Did 40mins cross trainer.
    Did 3x leg workout and 3x back workouts.
    5mins circuit core exercises.

    End weight was 82.6kg.

    Had football training on that night, which was 1 exercise per body part.

    I took another 1ml 30mins prior to training, felt normal till about 1 hour in where i noticed the shakes. Body temp only becomes VERY noticeable when doing cardio.

    Diet been good today, so curious to see how day 3 goes. I figured half the weight lost so far is water, but still no complaints from me!

    Day 3: Wednesday

    Start weight: 82.6kg

    Took 1ml again 30mins prior to workout.

    Did the usual 40min cardio, however felt very very tried and no energy. Could of been due to the lack of food I had at dinner, but none the less still completed the session.

    Again tho, when doing cardio sweated like a pig, it was dripping all over the place like as if I just had a shower! Heart rate rose up pretty nicely.

    Did 4 workouts on shoulders
    Did 10mins on core.

    Cause I had no energy that day, I figured I could eat more and hopefully come day 4 things will be back to normal. We shall see.....

    End weight: 82.1kg

    Day 4:

    Start weight: 81.9kg

    Feeling good today, even tho I had a crap sleep, kept having to go to the toilet.

    I had a lot more food last night, mainly extra vegies and extra lean meat.

    Took 1ml again 30mins prior to workout.

    Completed 40mins cardio, was way better than day 3. Again sweated like a pig but feeling great. Once you get your heart rate up, I think the body temp must double, well feels like it as the sweat pours off you and into your eyes, like it did to me and made me look like i was stoned, due to the blood shot eyes lol.

    Strength was good today, completed 4 workouts on chest.
    Did 5 min circuit core exercises

    Once again today I would be having more food than day 1 and 2. Interesting to see how day 5 goes.

    Im doing the bf% test tomorrow, last time i took it was few months back (2 approx) and I was 15% if not just a lil bit more.

    Haven’t lost any strength, but noticed I do look thinner in the face and around the core.

    End weight: 81.6kg

    Day 5: Friday


    Thought I do something different, so took 1ml about 90mins prior to workout and another 1ml 30mins before work out.

    Did the usual 45min on the cross trainer, sweat like no tomorrow but felt good.

    Did 3x tri workout and 2x bi workout.
    No core training today, was short of time.

    Start weight: 80.6kg
    End weight: 81.0kg. (I drank sooo much water today, dam sydney weather is getting hotter)

    Due to the time, I didnt get a chance to measure my bf%, however come monday I will.

    Taking day 6 & 7 off (sat and sun) but will be bulking up on the food.

    I currently got the slightest of shakes and thats about 3-4 hours later.

    So to wrap it up, started off on 86.0kg and after 5 days ON, ended at 81.0kg.

    I've taken a week off from using it. I will continue my log after 7 days being off it.

    I might increase the dosage just a little bit the next time and see if there is any change to the end results.

    So far tho, albuterol = Good stuff. Awesome for pre workout.

    I will keep you guys update =)

    yea no need to take time off with albuterol??
