AR-R declined my transaction

Hi! Tried ordering some AI and serms from AR-R today but it got declined due to wrong billing adress? I'm from europe and we don't have any "states" so I put my city there.. Well after it was declined once I cleared the field "state" and tried again only this time it said "Transaction declined" and nothing else?
Did something freeze my card or why doesnt it say why it was declined?

Shit just saw that the money is preserved or taken, altough it said "declined" on ar-r .. hmm.. I'm probably just paranoid lol.. somethings just wrong with my bank.

OK. I think I know what happened here, the first declined order is "pending" so the money is reserved so I dont have enough money on my card to order again until the money is "unpended"

I've been in contact with them, the money is just waiting to come back from pending state...

But I tried 3rd time ordering today, without success.. I dont understand it why it says billing adress diffrent from cardholder when it isnt..

Europe buyers what did you out under "state/province" field ? I tried leaving it blank, got declined, wrote my city there, still the same, frote my country there, got declined again.. so I guess I cant order from ar-r .
