igf reconstitution

looking to get some IGF-1 (lr3)

kit includes:
1mg of IGF powder
10ml vial and NaCl solution

not sure if it means 10 ml of NaCl, or an empty 10ml vial AND some NaCl in another vial

redbaron recommended 80-100 mcg/ED

MY QUESTION IS... how much NaCl to constitute the IGF-1 with? and whats this about using AA i keep reading. no AA comes in the kit, so can i just mix with the NaCl that it comes with?

NaCl is fine to use with igf. No acetic acid is needed.

Take 2ml of water and slowly put it in the igf vial, let it mix. Then transfer it to the empty vial and fill the rest with 8mg of water so you will have a total of 10mg. So 100mcg/ml

also, the pharmacist was a dick when i tried to get slin pins, what size needle/syringe would be best if i'm going to order off ar-r
