Lion ripped me off like no tomorrow
I'm really sick of the way you guys do business, never again from you Lion.
You got paid for the order and the post office got paid for the shipment, and I the customer get f-ed in here?!!

What happened?

the shipment was sent, the post office said it was delivered, I got nothing
I email lion sales dep they say that they apologize for any inconvenience, basically in a nice way they are saying I'm f-ed and lost my money.
I think Lion should have some sort of a guarantee policy, some customer service. Not "we can't do sh1t about it" policy

I love how I get the blame for any USPS screw up. I am extremely sorry that DESPITE my shipping department sending your order to the address listed, and despite USPS stating that the order was received at the listed address, SOMEHOW SOMEWAY your order didn't get to you. I can only guarantee so much, bro. I cannot guarantee vanishing packages after both internal and external tools verify its receipt. If you wish to continue this openly and continue to look ridiculous, please proceed, otherwise send me a PM or resume correspondence via email,

if you are getting blamed for the USPS and its obviously not the first time according to you, then why not use another company? or at least give me the option of choosing USPS or UPS since its my money and I'm paying?
I have been around here forever, and I saw others complaints and their issues with you shipping stuff, thats why I have not ordered in a while from you, so I thought I'd try your "services" one more time, and....the usual crap.
check for my older orders and you will see for your self that this is not the 1st time
I am a customer, all i know is that I placed an order through you company ( wish that i didn't) and therefore I should RECEIVE my order? is that correct?

this is weird if it is shipped and tracked and marked delivered but you got nothing then take up your beef with USPS not with the sender. Obviously a tracking number did not appear from thin air and if they sent you nothing that means you still would of gotten a box with nothing in it. Maybe someone stole the pkg off your doorstep??!!!?? Ever think of that?

That has happened to me before. And I have had packages delivered to a neighbor that was kind enough to bring them to me. I am sure this is a delivery problem, not an AR-R problem. I have an online business that sells a product that ships though the USPS, and I get a few calls a year that the product never showed up. It happens.

I really can't see how AR-R ripped you off, they sent your goods and they arrived as stated by the shipping company. Looks like someone your end has took it which as nothing to do with AR-R

Dude this is not like someone sending juice and you getting a resend because of package siezure.
Show me one company that will accept responsiblity for a package that shows up as being delivered to your address.
No way no how is this Lions fault.
As far as miss delivery. Back during the summer I got a package that was sent to me instead of a neighbor on a totally different street. It was marked medical and fragile so I figgured it might be some expensive and heat sensitive meds so I took it directly to the neighbors house instead of just calling UPS. When the guy answered the door and I explained what happened he told me it was a defibrilator that costed over a grand for his business...We have been good friends ever since LOL.Last edited by Far from massive; 01-26-2011 at 04:39 PM.

This is like saying you forgot to backup your data on your hard-drive that is 3 years old which has failed and blaming the computer company that your data is lost and they should refund you or do right for it.

that sux. I've ordered 4x for them and have been happy with service and products. I can see both sides here.....I'd be pissed at not getting the order...but at the same time USPS f's up sometimes and it is not AR_R's fault. UPS F's up too. I sell stuff on the internet... I ship 1000's of items a year and it does happen...not frequently, but it does. When it does...I usually eat the costs just to keep the customer happy. Just good business IMO

I've ordered so much stuff from them with NO problems at all. Dude, the post office screwed up or someone took it. Sh!t happens, sorry for your loss.

Just a thought.. but why not contact the postal company, and ask them what was the total weight of the package sent. They'll have that on record.
From there you can judge weather or not it was a box-weight, etc...
Could it have gotten stolen from your doorstep?? sometimes usps leaves mine outside... kind of heaty. lol.

I have dealt with Lion on numerous occasions and have never had a single problem. I can understand your frustration Smoke but it seems to me your anger is misguided. To state "Lion Ripped You Off" is really an unfair depiction of what seems to have occurred. Lion obviously upheld their end of the deal as much as they can without personally delivering it to your door. He could easily turn around and say the package was confirmed to be delivered therefore you are trying to rip him off for a resend of free product. There is an inherent risk involved anytime you purchase a product when a 3rd party (usps) is involved. Anyways, I feel your pain and understand the resentment and frustration but I think you are blaming the wrong party.

I've had Lion's orders actually make it to Canada without problems at all. I find it hard to believe they would do anything sketchy, considering the reputation they have in this community.

I'm with everybody else...how is it ar-r 's fault if they shipped it and usps says it's delivered? Blame is on usps or your neighbors.

Agreed and this seems like a stupid, childish way to handle it. Ar-r since going under new management has a very good record.

I have to agree with most of the posts here. If the USPS website shows the package being delivered your complaint is with them not with the Shipper, in this case AR-R . My personal experience with AR-R has been great, fast turn around of orders and good products. I wish ya luck bro, I know how much it sucks to not get the products you paid for, but your complaint is with USPS.
