    Hello all!

    what the recc dose and length for a T3 regimine? BTW, Im 40 male, 5'7 190, bf 17%.

    Diet, training, and cardio are all dialed in with the help of my bro's here.

    I ran clen in the past and gave it up due to the sides..

    Any help would be greatly apprecitated......
