    Legality?

    Can anyone explain to me or link me to an explanation of the legal framework for "research chemicals?" Many of these chemicals and some of the accessories are available by scrip only. I live in New Jersey.

    These chems can be sold for 'research purposes only' because its a gray area in the law. It's like a head shop selling a 6ft bong for 'tobacco use only.'
