Just wanted to follow up on this order, Purchased July 25th but no confirmation of order or tracking number. Ordered a few times before and no problems I know how fast you guys ship so makes me think it may have slipped through the crack. Not upset or anything love your products.

nusa, tracking internationals can sometimes be a bit harder, but you should have at least received your tracking info and heard bk from my CS team...what email were you sending to?

Regardless, good news, the tracking info shows it went through australia customs today: USPS CP746270215US

Are you sure I finally got a reply from one of the delayed emails and the tracking number from that is CW065739277us which says it was posted yesterday 5 business days after the order was placed ?
